e.Volution GmbH offers a holistic Shuttle System for commuters to reduce traffic at peak times. The system consists of the electric Shuttle META with up to 7 seats, including up to 4 office work stations, an IT booking platform and parking in Mobility-Hubs. Employers subscribe to the shuttle system to let their employees use it for free rides to and from work. The Shuttle META is one of the first Circular Economy vehicles with the technology and modularity to allow components to be replaced and upgraded, significantly increasing its lifetime. The company founded by Professor Günther Schuh now presents the first prototype of its Shuttle META at the Greentech Festival.

e.Volution will provide one of the most sustainable mobility systems. The META shuttle has a unique architecture based on an aluminum profile spaceframe and a detachable high-quality thermoplast exterior. This enables the vehicle for Circular Economy, as the Shuttle META can be refurbished and updated in a Re-Assembly Factory about every 5 years. The result is almost four times the service life of a shuttle compared to combustion engine cars. After these 5 years, the Shuttle META’s battery modules are transferred to stationary power racks for photovoltaic systems. e.Volution retains long-term responsibility for the shuttles, rents them to corporate customers via a fleet management company, and thus permanently ensures the attractiveness of the fleet and its value preservation. This is how ecology and economy perfectly converge in mobility.
