Below you will receive a travel letter from the first day of the trip, which will go through southern Sweden via Zealand, Funen and Jutland in Denmark, before the boat trip to Oslo.

Day one: From Aker Brygge to Gustav Adolf's square

Electric car in Sweden – how difficult can it be? Not at all. In Sweden, it is close between the chargers.
The transport leg between Oslo and Stockholm is completely problem-free when it comes to charging an electric car.
It’s just a matter of figuring out which places you want to stop at.
Harry trade with electric car
We chose Ørje first. The charming little “town” on the way to the eastern people’s big shopping mecca, namely Olav Thons shopping center in Töcksfors.
And we can state that Harry dealers can safely buy an electric car. Just make sure that the luggage compartment has room for all the shopping bags. For the electric car has several opportunities to refuel on a fully loaded trip home.
To the Opera
Stockholm is a city that almost excels with little supply of fast charging. But we were going into the city center, and thought the Opera on Gustav Adolf’s square was a good place to deal with both charging and the city.
But here it was also just a charger, and the fear rose in the car when an ID.4 was in front of us in the queue.
What exactly are the odds of ending up in a charging queue in Stockholm, we thought. But it turned off to the right and thus we won the battle for one charger.
All that was left was to park….
For rarely have we seen a more crooked charging station, sandwiched between the decoration of the square in the form of circular benches as it was. But with the circuit championship in hatch parking, it still went well.
A tip on the butt
Many charging stations in Sweden consist of one charger. You can find this out by checking in ElbilAppen. It can be a problem in the summer and with many electric cars on the road, so there is a queue. It is also vulnerable if one charger does not work. You can check this along the way.
The safest way is to calculate the charge in the places that have many chargers and several charging operators. And fortunately there are quite a few of these eventually.
