The new Europa-Park area pays homage to Nikola Tesla, the Croatian-born inventor that impacted the world like few others did. Mate Rimac cites his compatriot Nikola Tesla as one of his great inspirations for exploring the use of electric motors and batteries in performance cars.
Today, the Rimac Group is renowned for its Nevera all-electric hypercar and its Rimac Technology business, which supplies high-performance electrification technologies to the global car manufacturers.
The focal point of this collaboration will be the unveiling of “Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac,” which is scheduled to open in 2024. The rollercoaster will be the park’s first new large rollercoaster in 12 years, and will stand as one of the Europa-Park’s most advanced rollercoasters.

The first MPREIS hydrogen truck was manufactured by the American vehicle manufacturer Hyzon Motors, which develops and produces the vehicles for the European market in the Netherlands. The vehicle of the type “HYZON Hymax 250” was adapted to the needs of MPREIS.

Pininfarina Wind Tunnel celebrates 50 years of excellence in aerodynamic and aeroacoustic research
Grugliasco (Turin), June 21 2022 – Pininfarina celebrates another important milestone in its history: half a century of excellence in aerodynamic and aeroacoustic research. In 1972, exactly 50 years ago, Pininfarina became a leader in this sector when then Chairman Sergio Pininfarina inaugurated the Wind Tunnel in Grugliasco, near Turin. It was Italy’s first wind tunnel to be built for testing full-scale cars, at the time one of only seven in the world.
A new brand based in Austria, DEUS Automobiles GmbH, and Vayanne, new electric, production-oriented hypercar concept, receiving technical know-how from Italdesign and Williams Advanced Engineering, are making their debut at the New York International Auto Show.

REWE rents the “Hyundai XCIENT Fuel Cell” with fuel cell drive from hylane. The Cologne-based company offers the truck in a pay-per-use model and currently operates the largest European hydrogen fleet in the heavy road haulage sector.
